What the site is
Shopper’s Almanac publishes price information, price history, verdicts and editorial guides for consumer products. It is an information service. We do not sell the products shown, we do not process orders or payments, and any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the retailer under the retailer’s own terms.
Prices and accuracy
Prices are read from retailer product feeds and public shopping listings on the date shown beside each price. Prices change, sometimes within the day, and may differ at checkout because of shipping, tax, in-cart discounts, regional pricing or an error in the source data. We work to keep prices accurate and to match products correctly across stores, but we provide the information “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and the price on the retailer’s page at the time you buy is the only price that counts. Verdicts and guides are opinions based on the data we have; they are not a guarantee that a price will not fall further.

Links to retailers may be affiliate links, as described in our affiliate disclosure. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of retailer websites.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our price history, verdicts or articles in bulk, scrape the site with automated tools, republish our content as your own, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation. Brand names and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products discussed.
Price watch emails
If you ask us to email you when a price drops, you agree to receive that email. Every alert carries an unsubscribe link. We may discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DopplerIQ LLC and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on the information in it, including a purchase made at a price that later changed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which DopplerIQ LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
