AirPods Pro are the correct answer for iPhone owners. The pairing, the transparency mode and the case are the best in the business, and the noise cancelling is close to the best. They are also the most frequently discounted premium earbud, because every store uses them as a traffic draw. Never pay list.

The gym pair
Jabra's Elite 8 Active stay in when nothing else does, they are properly sweat-proof, and the buttons are physical, which you will appreciate with wet fingers. Sound is very good rather than great. For running they are my pick.

Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC Wireless Earbuds

Earbuds discount around every holiday and whenever a new model is rumoured. The between-store spread is the bigger lever week to week. Buy from the cheapest row, and check the return policy, because fit is everything.
